By submitting a booking or quote request, customers are responsible for providing accurate property, contact, and access information.
Booking accuracy
Prices and service plans are based on the information supplied during booking. Material differences in size, condition, occupancy, access, or requested work may require a revised scope or custom quote.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed through the configured payment provider. Refund, cancellation, rescheduling, or price-adjustment requests are subject to the applicable Nuyi policy and management review.
Website use
Customers must not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or interfere with website operation.
