Welcome to The Nuyi Cleaning Services! We are thrilled to provide you with our top-notch residential and commercial cleaning services. Before you proceed with our services, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions.
- Service Agreement:
1.1 Using The Nuyi Cleaning Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Booking and Payment:
2.1 All services must be booked in advance through our online platform or by contacting our customer service.
2.2 Payments are accepted before service, and we accept credit cards through our secured payment gateways, invoicing, or other agreed-upon payment methods. With pre-agreed exceptions, payments may be taken right upon completion of the service as immediately due.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling:
3.1 Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. 3.2 Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
3.2 If we get to your location and must wait 15 minutes w/o getting access or being let in for service as previously agreed in the scheduled time of service/arrival and have to leave without service you will be charged 50% of your total cost as a cancellation/no show fee.
- Access and Security:
4.1 You are responsible for providing access to the premises at the scheduled service time.
4.2 The Nuyi Cleaning Services is not liable for any loss or damage to your property resulting from your failure to secure access.
- Cleaning Supplies:
5.1 The Nuyi Cleaning Services provides all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.
5.2 If you have specific preferences or requests for cleaning products, please inform us in advance.
- Liability:
6.1 While we take utmost care in providing our services, The Nuyi Cleaning Services is not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper maintenance, or negligence on your part.
6.2 Please secure valuable items and inform our team of any special considerations.
- Satisfaction Guarantee:
7.1 If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will strive to address and rectify the issue promptly.
- Privacy and Security:
8.1 The Nuyi Cleaning Services respects your privacy and will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent.
8.2 We use secure and encrypted technology to protect your payment information.
8.3 We might take pictures of the interior of your home before and after service for quality control and inspection purposes. This is used internally and only stored securely for a maximum of 180 days thereafter, the images are securely wiped and destroyed. No home identification or exterior images are taken for your added security.
- Termination of Service:
9.1 The Nuyi Cleaning Services reserves the right to terminate or refuse service at our discretion. 9.2 If our team arrives at the scheduled time and cannot access the premises, a cancellation fee may apply.
- Governing Law:
10.1 The laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts govern these terms and conditions.
- Changes to Terms:
11.1 The Nuyi Cleaning Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided on our website.
